This contract provides a full range of travel management services to IUC-PG member institutions, including:
- General Travel Services for air, rail, lodging, and group transportation
- Ticketing via an online booking tool, agent assisted booking
- Specialty Travel Services for conference and meeting planning, charters (air and bus), athletics travel, international group travel, and student organization and/or club sport travel
- Duty of Care tools to track and communicate with travelers
IUC-PG negotiated very competitive pricing with a firm known for its outstanding customer service. Members will need to execute a member participation agreement to participate in this price agreement. This document and a full pricing schedule is available from IUC-PG upon request (info@iucpg.com).
